1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using VibeCode Canada's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our platform.
2. Description of Services
VibeCode Canada provides digital visibility services including website design and development (Fast Start Build), site maintenance (Care), ongoing SEO/AEO/GEO optimization with branded social content (Visibility), and premium authority-building services (Authority). The scope of each service is defined at the time of engagement.
3. Fast Start Build
The Fast Start Build is a one-time service. Delivery is within 72 business hours of receiving all required materials from the client. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers revision requests made within 30 days of delivery. The guarantee does not cover scope changes beyond the original agreement.
4. Monthly Plans and Recurring Services
Recurring services (Care, Visibility, Authority) are billed monthly with no minimum commitment. All plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Payment Terms
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Overdue accounts may result in suspension of services. VibeCode Canada reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice to existing clients.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and access to required platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) as needed. Delays caused by client non-response may extend delivery timelines.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them, including website code and custom content. VibeCode Canada retains the right to use client projects in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
8. Results and Guarantees
While we are committed to delivering measurable results, no specific ranking positions or revenue outcomes can be guaranteed due to the nature of search algorithms and market variables. Our satisfaction guarantee covers our workmanship and effort, not third-party platform behaviour.
9. Limitation of Liability
VibeCode Canada's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Canada.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
